Join Us In Support of the 2026 Chocolate Festival With Penelope House

The Mobile Chocolate Festival is the largest annual fundraiser for Penelope House, Inc.. It is organized by a Penelope House Board committee that volunteers its time throughout the year to prepare for the event. The committee runs the Festival along with other board members, volunteers, and Penelope House staff.

Carlisle Medical has been named the Moon Pie Sponsor for the Mobile Chocolate Festival on March 7, 2026. The event will be held at 1035 Cody Road, also known as the Mobile Fairgrounds.

There will be many fun activities during the festival, including:

• Vendors with samples and products

• Chocolate Challenge

• Project Yum Way

• Live music

• Children’s area

• Mobile Fixture apron decoration station

• Cupcake booth and a photo booth

All proceeds from the Festival support the mission of Penelope House, which is to provide safety, protection, and support to victims of domestic violence and their children through shelter, advocacy, and individual and community education. Penelope House helps victims of intimate partner violence gain social and economic independence through shelter, counseling, advocacy, and referrals to community resources and agencies in Mobile, Washington, Choctaw, and Clarke Counties in Alabama. The shelter provides refuge for victims and their children when their lives are in imminent danger. The temporary shelter offers a safe escape from a violent situation. Preventing domestic violence through education and public awareness is a central goal of Penelope House.
